The Next Size Kids’ Consignment Sale will be held Sept. 19 - 21, 2014
at the newly renovated John Smith Sports Center in Milford. The sale,
in its 11th season, will feature more than 30,000 new and gently used
items for sale including indoor and outdoor toys, clothing (infant-junior),
baby gear, sports equipment, books, DVDs, children's room decor and more.

Next Size Up is known for its emphasis on quality, deploying an army
of volunteers to inspect every one of the 30,000 items that comes
into the sale. The sale event itself is a well-organized retail experience
where goods are tagged and displayed by size, gender and interest.
Admission to the sale is free Friday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20,
from 9 AM to 8 PM, and for the half price sale on Sunday, Sept. 21,
from 10 AM to 2 PM (many items will be marked 50% off).
Bring 2 items for donation to the Daily Bread Food Pantry of
Milford to the half price sale for 9:30 admission.
A private presale will be held on the evening of Sept. 18.
Some volunteer shifts are still available, and volunteers
shop as early as 4:30 PM at the presale, depending on
how many shifts they work.
Cash, Mastercard and VISA will be accepted. No food or
drink will be allowed on the sale floor due to the new
turf at the Center.
There will be numerous family-oriented vendors on
hand throughout the sale, including beauty product
vendors, children's crafters, Usbourne Books, Tupperware,
Jamberry Nails, and more.
The sale also has a considerable charitable element.
Consignors are invited to donate unsold items to
Cradles to Crayons, which helps families in need.
There will also be a food drive held throughout the
event. Shoppers are encouraged to bring non-perishable
items, in particular diapers and wipes, to the sale for donation.
