A collaboration between Dover Sherborn “Challenge Success”, Dover Town Library, Dover Church, Pilgrim Church and Sherborn Library. Join us for an engaging panel discussion as we dig into The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness, a 2024 book by Jonathan Haidt which argues that the spread of smartphones, social media and overprotective parenting have led to a "rewiring" of childhood and a rise in mental illness.
The panel will be led by Pastor John Hudson, with: Dr. Mary Ellen J. Crowley, associate psychologist at McLean Hospital and an instructor in psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.; Stacy Creamer, LMHC, LLC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Natick; and a Dover Sherborn High School student.
